Firestone Walker Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Paso Robles and Buellton, California.
The company was founded in 1996 in Santa Barbara Country by Adam Firestone and David Walker, becoming famous for using a variation of the patented Burton Union system, developed in England in the 1800s, and fermenting in oak barrels.
Firestone Walker is California’s fourth-largest craft brewery and is best known for producing its Hoppy beers, with achievements such as four World Beer Cup wins and extensive distribution in Europe.
In 2011, the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival was born, bringing together many breweries from all over the country.
